Can I use my Legal Expenses Insurance to claim for uninsured losses relating to a car key claim?

The Legal Expenses cover can only be used to claim back costs from a third party insurer or solicitor.

If you are claiming for just your keys, there will be no third party responsible for the loss so you won't be able to use it to claim back any uninsured losses.

Can I add optional extras to my car insurance?

You can add extra optional cover to your policy any time during the policy year.

How do I make a car claim?

If you need to make a new claim or notify us of an incident, you can register the details online via Your Account, or if you'd rather speak to us, just give us a call on {MotivoNumber}. The team are here to help 24/7, 365 days a year.

Try to call us from the scene of the incident if it you are safe to do so. If not, try to call us within 24 hours to avoid delays. This will create a more straightforward claim for you.
